Katie is a twenty year old "retired" junior handler who lives in Centerville,
MN. with her family. She has just graduated from Century College in
their dental program and is starting her internship. Congratulations
Katie! In 2005, Katie was ASCA's Best All Around Junior and took
Best Junior at Nationals. Katie is co-owner of Abby and Fennigan
showing both exclusively in conformation. Katie showed Willie to all his
championships as well. She has also worked with Simon in herding.
Katie is very accomplished working sheep, ducks and cattle as well as
agility with her versatile dog Diamond, ASCA/Can/BIS Int. CH Woodlake
Simply Irresistible CDX OTDds STDc RTDs. In January 2007 Katie
completed her junior handler career in AKC with a HUGE win as the Top
Junior Handler for the region at the St. Paul AKC show. To finish her
career as a junior Katie won Best Junior Handler at the ASCA finals at
Nationals in October 2007. Way to go out with a "BANG" katie - you
are truely the best!
Katie, her sister Kelli, and Aunt Kathy are very dear friends who have
taught me so much about the breed. I appreciate everything they have
done for my dogs and I as mentors, friends, traveling companions, and
buddies. We have alot of fun at shows together with all the dogs.
